During my June 10, 2024, podcast on Paranormallyblonde with Robert Stachowicz and Sara Jane Kamyszek Villani, a viewer named Stacey Tallitsch suggested I learn remote viewing to help the Lost Souls. Tallitsch says he’s a professional remote viewer, trained for 15 years under Major Ed Dames of the Stargate Project, the United States military’s “Psychic Spy” program, and that the work later continued as the “Icarus Project” under the FBI.
By his own account, Tallitsch works with retired FBI agents in the FindMe group to locate missing children. He has applied his skills to the stock market for Fortune 500 companies and to disaster remediation after man-made catastrophes, and he says he accurately predicted election outcomes, the rise of Pope Francis, various sporting events, and the Arab Spring.
Tallitsch now teaches basic and advanced remote viewing on Udemy, an educational platform with over 75,000 instructors and 64 million students covering more than 210,000 courses.

According to the course description, remote viewing was developed by the United States military to “turn regular ‘off the street’ people how [sic] to become psychic spies.” Tallitsch’s classes teach students to distinguish intuitive information from imagination and to target and gather information on a person, place, thing, or event anywhere in space and time.
Is remote viewing real? The U.S. military apparently thought it was real enough to create a program called the Stargate Project. It was a secret U.S. Army unit established in 1978 at Fort Meade, Maryland, later run by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), with research handled by SRI International, a California contractor. The program investigated whether psychic phenomena could be put to use in military and domestic intelligence work.
The program began as an answer to Soviet research into the same phenomena, part of the Cold War intelligence race. The Stargate Project and its related programs were declassified and terminated in 1995 after the intelligence community concluded the methods didn’t provide actionable intelligence.
Remote viewing involves entering a meditative state, clearing the mind of distractions, and focusing on the target. Whatever comes out of a session can then be cross-referenced with known facts to test its accuracy and provide leads.
Remote viewing could help the Lost Souls who visit me at night. These souls, victims of Candle Face or her followers, come to me to find their bodies and identify their killers. Those are targeting problems, the exact kind remote viewing claims to solve: a person, a place, an event, somewhere in space and time. If I can learn it, I hope to give these Lost Souls some peace and bring justice to their cases.
Do I believe in remote viewing? No, I don’t. Still, I didn’t think a person could steer dreams either. But when I learned to control mine as a child, I used that ability to fight Candle Face and, for a time, beat her. So I won’t write remote viewing off just yet. I’ll take Tallitsch’s courses and keep an open mind. I’ll do anything to help the Lost Souls.
